Terms and Conditions for Speaker Engagement:

1. Presentation Submission: Priority will be given to speakers who provide their presentations early. Presentations must be submitted using the below specified format.
Speaker Presentation Template: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1IFsLau2sbI0bQ6ZNnzH-NF8UELDbHVaL/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=118098138364514501068&rtpof=true&sd=true) and must be provided at least two months before the event for approval.

2. MCQ Requirement: You are required to provide 10 MCQ questions related to your topic, following the below specified format.

3. Engagement and Participation:

Availability to participate in question and answer sessions.
Commitment to actively engage with attendees and foster meaningful discussions.

4. Compensation and Allowances: Since these meetups are free for all attendees, we are unable to provide travel allowances, accommodations, swag, or monetary compensation.that participation does not include travel allowances, accommodations, swag, or monetary compensation.  By submitting your materials, you agree to adhere to these conditions. Submissions should be sent to community@securityboat.net with the subject line “Call for Speakers”.
